Health and fitness information is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except service providers that help us operate the app, who may use it only to provide services to us.
Connecting a device is optional. You can stop sharing this information at any time by disconnecting your device in the app or turning off the related permissions in your device settings.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Rise Spin & Fitness, we may use your information to send you messages related to your membership, classes, appointments, promotions, or other communications for which you have provided consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the message, such as replying “STOP.” Message and data rates may apply.
Information Sharing
We may share personal information with service providers and business partners who assist us with operating our business, including payment processing, scheduling, membership management, communications, technology, and other business functions. When you delete your account, your personal information is removed from our database. We may keep limited records of transactions where required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
You can delete your account at any time directly in the mobile app by going to Account › Personal Information › Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information, including any health and fitness information, from our database, and will cancel any active memberships and remove your booking history.
You may also request deletion by emailing info@risespinandfitness.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We will process email requests within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, services, or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
