Rise Spin & Fitness Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 23, 2026
Welcome to Rise Spin & Fitness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rise Spin & Fitness website, mobile application, membership services, fitness classes, facilities, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, purchasing a membership or class package, booking a class, or otherwise participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or registering for our Services. By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement with Rise Spin & Fitness.
Certain Services may have minimum age requirements or require parental or guardian consent. Rise Spin & Fitness reserves the right to establish and enforce age requirements for particular classes, programs, memberships, or Services.
2. Memberships and Class Packages
Rise Spin & Fitness may offer memberships, class packages, single-class purchases, introductory offers, promotional packages, merchandise, and other products or Services.
Membership terms, pricing, expiration dates, class limitations, cancellation requirements, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Memberships and class packages are intended for the individual who purchased them and may not be transferred, sold, or shared unless expressly permitted by Rise Spin & Fitness.
Rise Spin & Fitness reserves the right to modify membership options, pricing, class schedules, package offerings, and other Services. Any changes to an existing recurring membership will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable membership agreement.
3. Payments and Billing
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information when purchasing Services.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Rise Spin & Fitness or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable membership fees and other authorized charges according to the terms disclosed at enrollment.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, including applicable taxes, fees, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, merchandise purchases, and other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
If a payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, Rise Spin & Fitness may suspend or terminate access to applicable Services until payment is received.
4. Class Reservations, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Class reservations may be required and may be made through the Rise Spin & Fitness website, mobile application, or other approved booking method.
Because class capacity may be limited, members and customers are expected to cancel reservations within the cancellation window communicated by Rise Spin & Fitness.
Late cancellations and missed reservations may be subject to applicable late cancellation or no-show fees. Any applicable fee will be disclosed through the applicable membership, booking, or studio policies.
Rise Spin & Fitness reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, locations, or availability when necessary.
5. Studio Rules and Conduct
To maintain a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment, all participants are expected to:
Follow reasonable instructions provided by Rise Spin & Fitness staff and instructors.
Treat staff, instructors, and other participants respectfully.
Use equipment properly and responsibly.
Follow applicable studio safety rules.
Refrain from disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
Refrain from damaging studio property or equipment.
Respect the privacy and personal space of other participants.
Arrive on time and follow applicable class-entry procedures.
Rise Spin & Fitness reserves the right to refuse service or suspend or terminate a person's access to the Services when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or rights of our staff, instructors, customers, or business.
6. Fitness and Physical Activity Disclaimer
Participation in exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, and other injuries or medical complications.
You are responsible for determining whether participation in a particular class or fitness activity is appropriate for you. You should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have questions or concerns regarding your ability to participate safely.
You agree to listen to your body and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Rise Spin & Fitness instructors and staff may provide general fitness instruction but do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.
7. Assumption of Risk and Release
By participating in Rise Spin & Fitness classes, programs, or other physical activities, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation in our Services and agree to comply with applicable safety instructions and studio policies.
Any additional waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk agreement presented to you at registration or before participation may apply separately to your participation in our Services.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting or participating at Rise Spin & Fitness.
Rise Spin & Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except to the extent required by applicable law.
9. Website and Mobile Application
Our website and mobile application may provide access to class schedules, reservations, memberships, account information, payment functionality, communications, promotions, and other Services.
You agree not to:
Use the website or application for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website or application.
Introduce malicious software or code.
Use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that could interfere with their operation.
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without authorization.
Rise Spin & Fitness may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or application at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
The Rise Spin & Fitness name, logo, branding, website content, photographs, videos, graphics, written materials, class descriptions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Rise Spin & Fitness and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
11. User Content and Photography
If you submit, post, tag, review, or otherwise provide content to Rise Spin & Fitness, including photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, or social media content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
Rise Spin & Fitness may use content that you voluntarily submit for business, promotional, or marketing purposes where permitted by applicable law and any applicable consent or release.
We will not use your image or likeness for promotional purposes where applicable law requires your consent without obtaining that consent.
12. Communications
By providing your email address or telephone number, you may receive communications related to your account, memberships, reservations, purchases, Services, customer support, and other business-related matters.
Where required by law, promotional communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in the applicable communication.
13. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Rise Spin & Fitness ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. — customize to your actual use case]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
14. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how Rise Spin & Fitness collects, uses, and protects personal information.

15. Third-Party Services

16. Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, Rise Spin & Fitness may offer promotions, discounts, introductory offers, referral programs, giveaways, or other special offers.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions. Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined with other offers and may be subject to eligibility requirements.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rise Spin & Fitness does not guarantee that the website, mobile application, classes, schedules, or other Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Information provided through our Services is intended for general informational purposes and is not intended to constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rise Spin & Fitness and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rise Spin & Fitness and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of the rights of another person.

Rise Spin & Fitness may suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, engage in prohibited conduct, or otherwise create a safety, security, or operational concern.
Termination does not eliminate any payment obligations or other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Rise Spin & Fitness may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the effective date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with any applicable membership agreements, waivers, policies, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Rise Spin & Fitness regarding your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly governs.
